TourGigs will be live-streaming Umphrey’s McGee from California tonight and tomorrow. The band will be performing in Los Angeles tonight and Oakland tomorrow. Both shows will feature special guest Joshua Redman on saxophone! The stream will also feature The Revivalists’ opening set each night. Jam On The River, the annual single day festival held in Philadelphia, has released their 2015 lineup. The event will feature an impressive array of musicians including; Lotus, Papadosio, Electron, Savoy, Dopapod, The Werks, and Twiddle. Jam On The River will be held on May 16th and will be moving to a new venue. The event will take place at the recently renovated outdoor venue, The Festival Pier at Penn’s Landing. [LINEUP] ARISE Music Festival Announces 2015 Lineup

The initial lineup for Colorado’s ARISE Music Festival has been announced. This year’s festival will be headlined by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, The Polish Ambassador, Emancipator Ensemble, and Joe Russo’s Almost Dead. The festival will take place at Sunrise Ranch in Loveland, Colorado on August 7th – 9th. The festival will also feature performances from Trevor Hall, Stick Figure, Rising Appalachia Music, Larry Keel’s All Star Tribute To Jerry Garcia, Turkuaz, and many more. Michal Menert Big Band Fillmore Auditorium Recap Video

Last November, the Michal Menert Big Band gathered in Denver, Colorado to perform their second show ever. The 18 member band took over the The Fillmore Auditorium for an incredibly unique evening of music. The band’s goal was to re-imagine Michal Menert’s music in an entirely live format. Each sample that Menert utilized in his original songs was recreated by a musician live. The huge ensemble contained drummers, horns, strings, vocalists, and more. On January 1st, 2015 STS9 performed a special entirely improv set at The Fillmore Auditorium in Denver, Colorado. They have announced that they will release a remastered, multi-track recording of the show available to purchase exclusively as a BitTorrent Inc. Bundle. Sunsquabi Live In The Second Story Garage Studio :: Video

Recently, Colorado-based livetronica trio SunSquabi teamed up with Second Story Garage to record live music videos for three of their tracks. They performed “Thunder”, “Hustlin'”, and “Wizard” in Second Story Garage’s studio. The result is a studio-quality recording of Sunsquabi’s live process which captures the band in their prime element. These young musicians continue to grow and improve and we feel they are poised to make major impact in the livetronica genre and beyond.
